What we text about

We send text messages about real estate updates, property listings, appointment reminders, and related transaction follow-ups to clients and prospects who have opted in. We do not send messages unrelated to the services you asked about.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our text sign-up form, on another form on our website, or on the sign-in form at one of our open houses or events. The box is never pre-checked and is not required to submit any of these forms. Checking it yourself is the only way a number is added to this program — we do not buy, rent, or import lists, and we do not add numbers from calls or conversations.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide.

Message frequency varies with your activity and your requests.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed from Piard Home Experts, and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
